The text of screen 1 of the DataTable Wizard needs to be formatted like the
Data Package Wizard. There is no introductory bold text. The part that
says "If you choose this option..." should be changed to "if you choose the
second option...". In the 2nd text block, get rid of the "we" and replace it
with passive voice (like "...or other files types that are not yet supported.")

The text after the radio buttons is aligned in a very strange way. I think it
should just have the word then a space then a dash then a space then the
description. The IMPORT radio seems to have several spaces before the dash as
does possibly the CREATE radio. I think the red text should say "What do you
want to do?" instead of "Where is your data?". The question and the answers
just don't match. also, the first radio description ends in a period but the
others don't. I think they should all end in a period.
