Description
I've been unable to determine wether I just don't understand what to do with
this panel, or if it doesn't work. The intro text is vague and doesn't really
tell me a lot. I am unable to edit the column "Higher Level Taxa" (it seems to
be read only) so I'm not really sure what you're supposed to do with this table.
also, when you first get to this panel, there is an entry already in the table
with two ranks (genus and species) but nothing to explain it.

added a better description on how the panel works. I think the form is ok now.
