open"window" menu on main morpho screen does not list all open windows

Description
Clicking on the "Window" menu on the main screen, only "Morpho" is listed, not
the dpw window, which is open and should be listed.

DataPackageWizard is a different type of window (not UIContoller based).
Probably would be nice to have appear in Window menu, but not a trivial job.

The user guide window also does not show up in the window list, by the way
(version 1.5.1).
