Description
1) Warning message pops up ("Warning! ERROR: Cannot Delete!") when trying to
delete an entry.
2) After choosing "Select from a different data package" from the drop-down
list, nothing happens.
3) People entered on a previous screen in the dpw do not appear in the drop-
down list on later screens.

These also occur after adding personnel info as part of a "larger umbrella
research project".

seems to be fixed in RC2 (Andrea)
