VegBank

Karin Decker completed her work on this, but not without some problems. Waiting
on some clarification of community names and when I get this, I can add the
plots (which have migrated successfully without the communities).

XML is loaded into VegBank2. 2011 plots.

Gwen has sent me the files-- very straightforward. I am working on adding these
data. There are also new communities, which will be a bit harder to do, given
that the XML loader is down right now.

extra fields have been added on vegbank, using SQL updates.

successful QA completed, focusing on FK's for each observation, compiling the
total number of related entities and comparing for source (vegbranch) and
destination (vegbank). Matches were 100% correct, except for classContribs,
which might not have been written into XML. Checking on that last aspect.

data on vegbank.org is complete for this, except for concepts that are new, and
I have a list of these. Need to run through VegBranch to add them, then link
plots that are already in VegBank to these comms, probably manually.

communities and plots moved through VegBranch
XML needs loading and then "collapsing" of plots into single plots, as
duplicates will now be added. Then duplicate plots and projects need removing.

loaded and commClass manually moved to "old observations" and other irrelevant
data from subsequent load deleted.
