Some cool new features exist now.

1) Uploaded data files go to /usr/vegbank/upload/USER_ID

2) You can now specify a URL for a data file and vegbank will automatically
download and import the plots.

TO DO:
Specify a web folder and let vegbank go get all the files it finds there.
