Description
Merge the getRelatedDocument, getDocument, getDataDocument and ViewAbstract into
a singe "read" action. Combine all the functionality into one method using
qformat or another parameter as the tag which specifies which action to perform.

getAbstract and getDataDoc still need to be moved over under the "read" action.
All other "gets" are now under read.
