Description

IPCC current climate data is in a format with the data averaged by month and all
12 months arranged sequentially in a single file (for a given climate variable).
There is thus a need to reformat and process the data into a ascii raster format
(grass gis standard) with the data as annual and seasonal averages (rahter than
monthly)
