Description
GARP input uses lat/long data and rasters rather than any particular map
projection. Some input layer data may be projected using certain types of maps.
Some projection/unprojection tool may be needed to convert some raster data to
lat/long.
Optional at this point. Perhaps useful for displaying GARP results.

This task has been completed; implemented in the GDAL Warp and Projection actor.
