Description
It was decided to make much of the GARP post-processing analysis optional at
this point in time (e.g. the statistical analysis of commision/omission, best
rule set, ROC analysis) The existing fullGARP workflow should be updated to show
this

commission/omission and best ruleset calculation have been implemented. ROC
analysis is available using an RExpression actor (since ROC is an available R
package.)
