Description
With Dave Thau, create chart of development tasks decided upon at the Nov 2004
All-hands meeting. Get agreement from working group.

This is complete and resides at
http://seek.ecoinformatics.org/Wiki.jsp?page=TaxonTaskList. The list is
reorganized, but there are no surprises. Sent out notification to the group on
10 Nov, and discussed briefly on the teleconference of 17 Nov. Have not
received additional feedback from group, so we are assuming that everyone is
happy with it.
