authorPlotCode,plantCode,stratum,classA,classB,classC...,listA,listB,listC

how to get the sizes for each class A, B, C, etc. Should get from name of field
and add as constant. That's the cadillac version. This would be E2 and would
normalize into E

E2 stemClasses now exists and funnels data into E for users (such as NPS-PLOTS
and CVS database) who use stem tallies and lists of DBH's separated by commas.
This is good news, as almost everyone stores data this way.
