Description

MLee has developed a receipt that VegBranch can process. This needs to be
generated and also emailed to the user so that the old VegBr accession Codes can
get updated on the user's machine to VB. accessionCodes. More on this later.

This is basically a .csv list of the user's accessionCodes (found in userdatasetitem.externalaccesscode) and the updated vegbank accession codes (userdatasetitem.itemaccessionCode). Users should be able to download this subsequently, too, but it's so simple. Michael can develop the query that returns this information, and then it needs to be included (probably as a link) to the user in the email receipt.
