Description
will need datasets, perhaps, and probably metasearch. Metasearch needs some
updating strategies, too. Once the keywords are out of date, the metasearch is
not so helpful

done. Can now search easily for parties and projects. Other views can be easily added using the templates on those forms (party_summary.jsp and project_summary.jsp).
