Description
The order of actors in the actor list changes every time Kepler is launched!
This is confusing if one actually browses the list to look for actors. (Check
the 4 directors.)
Suggest that we alphabetize the actors under each category.

I just tested this and it appears to now be fixed. Shawn added a sort order
attribute into the ontology for sorting items in the tree.
