SEEK

The current Metacat implementation uses grid services. Need to migrate it to
use only web service methods using the new WS build system that is checked in
under the 'axis-only-branch'. The migration should happen in two phases.

First:
1) get operation
2) query operation

These are already completed in the branch I think.

Then afterwards:
3) login/logout operations (will be deprecated eventually)
4) put operation
