Description

The “Z” abbreviation for Concept Sources on the Relationships page should give the specific reference.

RKP:
We need to convert all those Z references to the real references. This can probably be done in large part by exporting the references from Alan’s dissertation and then matching them with the various Zs. There are 2838 concepts attributed to Z and we do need to have each of these assigned to a specific reference

Jess Long has now completed matching the letters with references. As soon as Alan resolves the problematic case Bob will create a full set of documented concepts.

#3 Updated by Robert Peet about 12 years ago

For 10779 concepts in the Weakley flora, specific references have not been ported into the seflora database. Jess long has compiled most of these. RKP has reviewed and revised these determiniations. AW has been provided a spreadsheet of problems to resolve. When he completes this spreadsheet, the task will be passed to Jeff Ott to prepare the data for the backend database. RKP will review the result and pass the spreadsheet to Xianhua for inclusion.

I have now created two files that contain (1) simple and full reference couplets, and (2) TaxonName, codeRef and simpleRef and emailed these to Xianhua. Xianhau should now be able to complete the resolution of this bug
