We might have a student in the GIS certificate program take on a pilot project of georeferencing herbarium specimens based on label data. With this and the growing number of already georeferenced specimens entering the collection, it seems like it would be a good idea for the future to be able to display this type of point data, along with a way of symbolizing estimated accuracy for each point.
