Description
Liz's database needs to be upgraded to current version (2.0.4).
A functionality to do this needs to be created.
Simple reports need to be generated from the plot, stem, and cover tables.
Some dba functions need to take place, such as creating the "S" module before the report is run.

reports functionality now exists, and I got Liz a copy. I don't think she needs to upgrade her database to the new version, so I think this is resolved. She's been emailed the reports and likes them.
