Description
VegBank appears to lack a place for saying what kind of coordinates are in AuthorE and AuthorN. I thought this was straightforward: either UTM or Lat/Long. But State plane has been used by at least one contractor now, and it might be nice to capture what kind of data are in AuthorE/AuthorN as well as units (plus the extant datum and zone).
Interface on the plot data entry tool could toggle between the three possible layouts thus far and even offer a generic fourth option where you specify what coordinate system it is, units, datum, zone.

Added to protocol document, version 4.1.4
This now appears on datasheets, and in the entry tool and well as in the protocol. so this bug is fixed.
