Description
Need better linking between forms, including options for saying "no natural stems sampled" (change to level 1) or "no natural stems were found" (add empty mod spp).

could add more pseudo-species, but would be best if one (empty plot) only showed up at levels 1 and 2, or for one-module plots. Or rename empty pseudo-species to "empty - no species here."

went for the simpler option:
EMPTY: We looked, but found no species here.
