closedCommunity tab should be based on Weakley taxa and not nominals

Description
In theory, the names in the CV database follow Weakley. Therefore, there is no reason to show communnities in which the taxon occurs when names are interpreted as nominals. If you look for info on communities with Quercus austrina, then you should not pull up communities with Quercus alba.

Should the parent concept and children concepts be included in the query result? For example, if querying by Cleistes bifaria in CVS, should Cleistes divaricata var. bifaria be inclued, and vise versa?
