Description

Need to filter out natural stems from reports as they throw the species numbers, plus the default report is not designed to include natural stems.

need to include "missing" vigor values (a new value)

perhaps the report missing is "total vegetation" not "natural vegetation" as this makes more sense to report aggregated.

the totals for vigor and thus percentage are wrong because of null records (not included in total)

comment #2 is added as a new sheet, but only if applicable (level 2+)
comment #1 and #2 are address because vigor may now be "unknown"

natural stems are now filtered out, as in description here. This is fixed.
