Description

Migration from entry tables currently goes through old SAS-style temporary tables, but this is painful to debug and could embed some difficult to find error. So, I will try to write the data directly from the entry tables to the vegbank-style tables.

Fixed!! This greatly streamlines the process and makes finding any errors in the process much easier, not to mention the process of fixing any errors. Also, this simplifies the final product, removing the strange SAS-era temporary table in the middle that was trying to save work by reusing code and code ideas.

This was well worth the time and effort it took (2.5 days).

Additional detailed QA of herbs with real level 5 data reveals no flaws in the new migration process. Ditto with trees- everything looks good. An automated "sanity check" would be nice to repeat, as was done last time.
