Description
Date format. The Level 1&2 plot sheet indicates that date format
should be Mo/D/Yr whereas the Level 3 and Level 4&5 plots sheets indicate
the date format should be D/Mo/Yr. We favor consistency and recommend
that the level 1 and 2 datasheets be corrected.
