Description
There are several ways to do this. We could use the original person's ordering of records. We could also sort somehow, based on the long-axis on the plot. We need to think about this and come up with a solution for 2008.

I think this is working OK now, using the original order the person entered stems in. Perhaps an addition would be reordering stems based on some criteria later, but for now, I think it's OK.

order is determined by original entry and can be updated at any time in the entry tool with up and down blue arrows.
