Description

For the metadata display, modify XSLT and CSS files to modify the resulting HTML form for aesthetics. For the other forms, modify their related JSP/HTML/CSS files to improve form aesthetics, and make them more consistent with other metacat forms.

Add a thumbnail to the Metadata display page. This would involve modifying the XSLT file to check for the existance of a thumbnail in the underlying FGDC document. Display it if it exists. Additionaly, add the 'projection name' to the display. If the metadata indicates that it is UTM, add the projection details.
