Create SAEON skin with same/similar features as SANParks skin

Description
create new skin with a SAEON look and feel but with all the sanparks capabilities.
for left hand nav (node selection), make sure saeon nodes are above sanparks nodes.

initial draft of the Saeon look and feel is committed. still want to go through the extra .css file to remove references to http://www.saeon.ac.za/.... for many of the images used in the skin. either remove those completely, or just save a local version in the metacat skin.
-added login/logout in the header area (checks session for valid user object)
-removed references to external images (saeon urls)
-made some adjustments after looking at the skin in IE.
ready for feedback and testing.
deployed in various nodes in SA
