Description

Matt did the initial work of converting the NCEAS skin from its initial version into the style used by the recently redesigned NCEAS website. IFRAME use was removed from the pages, instead relying on static header/footer templates in the NCEAS skin folder. Callie and I fixed a number of CSS and display issues in the new skin, I fixed the skin in the registry pages by addding separate PTT templates for the new header and footer, and removed all IFRAME cruft from the skin.
