closedController ordering wrong when multiple data types are selected

Description
If scores and responses are both selected, and you select "no" for equally spaced columns for scores, you're then asked to select yes/no for equally spaced columns for responses. If you click no, you go to LabelDataColumns for responses, and are never asked to do anything for scores.

Fixed so that now the following occurs for each type of data to be imported:
Check for equally spaced columns - if yes is selected, first, next and last data columns are then specified.
Label Data Columns - if Check for equally spaced columns was yes, then data is pre-filled.
