Description
Now that users are creating their own reports, they need some fixes:
1) Blank pages exist between plots ... sometimes! Eliminate these.
2) Sometimes the "continued" message appears above a plot HEADER, which means it's not in fact continued.
3) Check sorting order of PLOTS.
4) Map should be configurable (incl. turn it off) to second page or stay on first... or smartly stay on the first page if less than X stems on the plot. Save a lot of paper - lots of plots only have a few stems.

It would be nice to be able to print the data from any year, not just the most recent, if say, the pdf file was lost/corrupted. Also, it would be nice to be able to delete an entire year and redo the "resample" which might use renaming.

I have not seen the "continued" message in the new reporting system. I think it was related to the blank pages between plots.
