Description

Shaun made the perl token replacement changed for 1.9. These changes may affect the token replacement changes made in java. These need to be rectified.

Token replacement has been completed, and is stable with the changes made for 1.9. A single set of Java properties are used to manage both the Perl and Java code, primarily metacat.properties but also per-skin properties files (e.g. style/skins/nceas/nceas.properties). All previous Perl AppConfig (.cfg) files have been removed.
