For Levels 1-3, the name of the reach should be recorded for each plot to reflect the new EEP emphasis on stratification of monitoring plots by reach.

to the protocol document (version 4.1.6) but it would be nice to add a bit more about what the reach is and how to determine what name to write. Emailing Steve...

I have added reach comments to the protocol. Datasheets don't have room for any more info, but reach definition was added to entry tool, v226_p0715_mid2.

now requiring reach on datasheets for levels 1-2 and entry tool v226_p0716_mid1
