People are interested in where these values come from, and it's a good idea to attribute people's work to them.

Done in protocol version 4.1.6
Also added soilTexture to document, but I'm not sure that the values we store are what people will record on datasheets. (emailed group about this).

we decided to use the subclass values for soil texture. All this is now in the protocol, version 4.1.6 revised today, and in the entry tool, v226_p0715_mid1 and higher.
