Metacat

i've added the Map Builder 1.5rc2 code to metacat trunk and altered the SANParks skin's map to use the new approach. This does work in FF2 and FF3 (with firebug disabled!). The spatial query is working, as is zoom and pan.
I still need to figure out how to implement the predefined locations drop down.
Also, we will need to edit the <skin>/spatial/*config.xml files that define how maps are rendered in the skins that incorporate them (sanparks, saeon, knb, others?). I'll wait to do this until resolving the locations drop down issue.

one more thing - the "old" way of doing the maps won't work now when running
from metacat's trunk

Predefined locations are now working in all the skins that use maps.
Turning layers on and off also works for the maps.
Being installed on dev server for additional testing.

looks good on dev server - even with firebug enabled (ff 3.0.3 with fb 1.2.1 on my Mac).
