Description
Agreed to produce an OBFS interface for metacat that parallels the NRS interface
but is branded for OBFS. Target is Jan 2, 2002.

Created the initial interface. It took about an hour to port the html and xml
files from the NRS registry to adopt the "OBFS" brand. Still need to adapt the
form processing perl script to make it emit OBFS compliant metadata (rather than
NRS). Also need to combine it with load-dataset.pl so that the intermediate
step of manually uploading the xml files to metacat is avoided.

The load-dataset.cgi script now works for both NRS and OBFS. Need to finalize
the lat/long listingfor OBFS, test, and release.

DONE. Lat/Long fields for OBFS has been completed. The webmdentry module now
provides the Guide via the template system as well because it allows us to
customize the guide for various deployments, such as OBFS & NRS. This site is
now complete. At some point in the future we may want to revisit the layout,
style, and general usability of the site, but this is a good simple starting point.
