Description

Need to reconfigure o=lter LDAP server to support SSL, also implement Hashed password for
password creation.

LDAP server with SSL installed.
Fixed all problems with password synchronization between
o=lter ldap server and LTER personnel database.

Tested new user creation
Tested case when
lter user updates password.

In all of these cases, the password stored in the personnel
database, the password emailed to the user, and the password entered into the ldap server are
identical.
