Description
When an image is being selected and we need to scroll to see the whole image, we should try to figure out how to make this happen. Right now it can be accomplished through resizing, but users don't always notice this.

This has been handled fairly well for the original selection process. It is currently not implemented when moving selections, or resizing them. Initial creation is probably the part of the process where it will be most necessary to do this, so we will leave it at this.
This is why I've changed the milestone to be prototype; I believe that what we are looking for for alpha-3 is complete.
