Description
The general idea is that there is a "palette" of ReportItems on the left of the screen from which a user can drag into list slots on the report on the right of the screen.
Selected ReportItems that end up on the report can further be configured (right-click, plus a Configure button?), reordered, etc.

Report Designer UI design is now seen as integrated within the Kepler UI and also with the Workflow run browser.

The report designer mock up was made and the design implemented and refined.
