Description

I selected and mapped an external file for the responses, but it did not end up in the data table after the wizard finished.

It appears that the assignment of the file happens with the student's real (unencrypted) ID, but then when the external file is looked up later (for serializing the data file), the student ID has been encrypted and no file assignment is found

used the unecrypted ID to look up the file mapping
