Description

When moving a selected rectangle, the top of the rectangle is allowed to be moved so that it has a negative coordinate. This should be disallowed.

It's likely that the same problem exists when the rectangle is moved left and right.

Need to verify that this is still a bug with new selector code, but if so, it
should be fixed. (Resubmit after fire)

This does seem to still be a problem, but I don't see this functionality as a problem for a successful prototype.
