Description
There are a few things that would make life simpler for the DBA when starting off a project.
The Entry Tool could import plot #s, lat/long, and contributors from the OmniSheet in excel. Maybe place names, too?
We need standard naming of the tabs of the Excel for that to work easily.
It should use party names that are already in CVS when they are recognized, otherwise add new parties.

This is now done in the development version of the entry tool. It scans an open excel file and maps the selection of data - understanding a wide variety of headers (but not all). Then previews the data. After that, it imports the data, highlighting cells to show the status of each cell (success, error, ambiguous data, etc.).
