Description

The current rendering (done by FOP with GUI components) displays the report in the panel with no scroll bars. We need to have scroll bars when displaying long reports.

Using BorderLayout for the ReportViewer tab - now the scroll pane is behaving as expected and allows scrolling that also resizes when the window and/or tab and/or splitpane is resized.
