Description

The Items of Interest panel shows a single-level tree of the "reportable items" but they run over the border in a not-so-appealing way.
These should be fully contained in a scrolling pane - even if we loose some of the nifty borders.

The items of interest panel now scrolls, and the nifty borders have been removed.
