Description

We found every interesting issue in the data file replication from sanparks.
On KNB, the xml_documents table shows judithk.954.1 was inserted on may 24, 2009 from sanparks, but the data file couldn't be found on the disk.

On SanParks, however, the xml_documetns table shows judithk.954.1 was inserted on May 28, 2009.

It seems on may 24, 2009, there should be a unsuccessful upload happening. We should figured out why.
