Description
Currently, when you choose a file for the static image it puts a thumbnail of that image into the report item panel, it needs to replace the thumbnail of the generic image, and not replace the + sign. It currently does replace the generic thumbnail, but doesn't do it until after you re-order the panels.

This has been changed now, and is working as described.
