Description
Ptolemy has an appearance/send to back menu that is not in kepler. We should add this and similar menus to the kepler gui.

I've enabled the Bring to Front and Send to Back menu items for actors and attributes.
I tried it for directors, but they always stay on top. Interestingly, it works in Ptolemy.
To close this bug, it should work for directors. I'm retargeting to post 2.0.
