Description
When a report item is deleted the properties window should be cleared.

What currently happens here, is that when a selected report item is deleted, then that panel disappears, and the selection changes to the last report item in the report. I think that this behavior might be o.k., but maybe we should delete the item and then deselect all the remaining report item panels ?
