Description
first values seems to be repeated and others are ignored. Same is true for transpose version of data download

Mostly fixexd:
I have the first 2 metadata fields being returned. I can expand this (as a configurable option) to include more, but that is less than ideal.
I'd like to dynamically figure out the maximum number of metadata fields included in the questions being downloaded...not exactly sure how to go about implementing this. More ajax calls/queries behind the scenes?

you can now specify how many metadata fields to include in the download
