Description
right now when the user uploads files to the server and requests that they be
inserted there is no recipt showing the results of the database insertion
process. This funcrtion is critical b/c there is no application validation
layer and the user does not really know if the plot(s) has successfully be
inserted to the database

Now after submitting plots(s) to the database the user receives a receipt.
There are two options for receipts: a minimal recipt ( about four lines
describing the success of the loading process ) and an extensive receipt which
is currently an xml document that more extensively describes the data which
were loaded to the database.

changed from components that are to be deleted to "misc" so that bugs don't get
